I salut you, Hi-Hat Cupcake

Hi Hat CupcakesLast Friday we, the Fatties, engaged in the 8-hour project to build the Hi-Hat Cupcake. This is a Martha Stewart recipe, so note that we’re competing with perfection. It’s a chocolate cupcake, topped with an abundant amount of white, fluffy frosting – piped and swirled to a peak. These are then dipped in a melted chocolate mix which hardens into a smooth coating shell.

We unleashed these chocolatey delights to an unsuspecting crowd… and received accolades galore. One commented they were like “gourmet Ding Dongs”. Oh, to be compared to an American icon – what an enormous FattyChow achievement! For those with brave hearts, unrelenting endurance and bold adventurous spirits, we invite you to embark on the journey to build the Hi-Hat Cupcake.
