Celebrate the sensational Slurpee this weekend and head to your local 7-Eleven on Saturday July July 11th for a freebie serving of your favourite flavour. This icy treat has been a summertime fav of the fatties for many, many years. And although I like to taste test drive the new flavours (since you have to serve yourself, you might as well serve yourself), I inevitably fill my cup with classic Coca Cola, with just a dash of red cherry. And although you miss out on getting one of those slurpee tongue stains from the blue, red and purple varieties, you can still hoover down your frozen beverage for the a good old-fashioned (fully legal) brain-freeze high. Soon all the kids will be doing it.
