Dine Around This, Seattle
This month we’re celebrating that twice a year event, Dine Around Seattle, formerly known as $25 for 25. First, a little bad news for us veterans, it’s now $30 for 30. While another $5 sure stings the pocket books, we figure we’ll just drink water and smuggle cocktails in our purse.
For you newbies, let us explain. $30 buys you three courses from a select menu at 30 restaurants in the Seattle area. Most locales are downtown, and several of them are fine dining establishments. Not the kinds of place you take kids (yay!), and certainly the kinds of places with fancy desserts (double yay!).
The three courses include an appetizer, an entree and dessert. Yes, dessert is required. See how cool this event is? We’ll be posting about our gastro adventures about town this month.
